Andr’e L Carter is the Owner and Editor for Gospel Synergy Magazine and the Owner and Program Director for Internet Gospel Radio Station Synergy1Radio. Andr’e L. Carter worked for Gospel Chicago Style Magazine for 5 years when the magazine shut down in 1996. Andr’e launched his own publication Gospel Synergy Magazine in 1997. The magazine focus was to highlight the Chicago Land Gospel Music Community. In 2003 Andr’e worked for GospelPower.fm the station shut down in early 2006.
In April 2006 Andr’e L. Carter launched Synergy1Radio. In 2006 Gospel Synergy Magazine made the transition to becoming the first online Gospel Publication. Andr’e L. Carter has been involved in the Gospel Music Industry for 20 years. Gospel Synergy Magazine has 40,000 plus subscribers worldwide. Synergy1Radio received the 2012 Stellar Award for Internet Gospel Radio Station of the Year. Andr’e L. Carter is known across the country as The Godfather of Gospel Internet Radio!
